A 15-minute spring reset for your career
“It’s never too late to be what you might have been.”
Just as I was beginning to lose hope that spring might never arrive, it suddenly appeared last week in full bloom. I don’t think the simple joy of seeing blossom on the trees will ever get old.
As we approach the end of the first quarter of the year, it can be a good moment to pause and take stock.
How are things actually going?
Have you made progress on the goals you set in January, or have you mostly been trying to keep your head above water?
Spring often brings that instinct to clear things out, tidy up, and start fresh. And our careers are no different. Sometimes a small reset is all that’s needed to help things feel more manageable again.
If you’ve been feeling overstretched by work, you don’t necessarily need to burn everything down. Often a few small changes can make a surprising difference.
With that in mind, I’ve created something for you.
The Senior Female Lawyer’s 15-Minute Career Reset.
It’s a short, focused exercise designed for experienced lawyers who are doing well on paper, but occasionally find themselves wondering:
Why doesn’t this feel easier by now?
And perhaps…
Is balance actually possible in this profession?
The reset is designed to give you a little breathing space. Just 15 minutes to step back, reflect on where you are, and reconnect with what you want the next stage of your career to look like.
You can download it here:
I really hope it helps.
Enjoy the rest of your week.
Kind regards,
Rachel
